Efe: Quite ideal for a short business trip which was why I stayed there. The rooms are average. Room service is quite slow. Food was very good. Nice terraces for outdoor relaxation. Staff appear bored and not so friendly.

Chris: I have stayed in this hotel 5+ times recently on business trip. +Excellent location +Nice terrace for evening drinks and meetings +good "image" in Lagos -Rooms not really international standard -Food is ok-ish (not a lot of international choices, taste pale) -But: most horrendous front desk I have experienced in my life: check-in and check-out in slow motion, huge queues in the morning and evening, every time some issues with rate, booking, invoice etc., very unfriendly/aggressive, arrogant behavior and attitude; only good thing: credit cards work 90% -Outrageous rates for a hotel this standard Conclusion: Overall the hotel is painfully average, but will probably still be the choice for most business travelers, just because of lack of alternatives and a usually only short stay.
