Knock Knock

Do you wish that restaurants and shops in Lagos were more attentive to international standards, especially with service, quality of food and ambiance? Just because we live in Lagos it doesn't mean we don't deserve the same standards that people enjoy around the world, we certainly pay for it. Knock Knock cards will be used to let business know that they've 'JUST BEEN REVIEWED.' Yet, there are businesses out there that have thought about what their customers want, and we want to also bring attention to them. So if you have an opinion about a business listed on Lost in Lagos, then please fill in the form below and we promise they will always be anonymous. It's your chance to speak out.

Reviewer1: Oh yeah, faulbous stuff there you!

Bishops Cottage (Intercontinental and Sandwiches)

Reviewer1: This is a nice place to hangout after work when there's the mad lagos traffic on the island, good recipes and nice ambience! Friendly people too.

Bistro 7

Reviewer1: Love the ambiance and food. Great option for brunch! Eggs Benedict a definite!

Reviewer2: One of the nicest restaurants Ive been to in Lagos. Feels like you're in Europe. Foods fantastic too. Laved it!!!

Reviewer3: Good ambiance but DON'T try the pasta house special. It was TERRIBLE!

Reviewer4: Cozy place...

Reviewer5: fantastic food and cocktails....the lychee martini is a must! Amazing for kids on Sundays! Chocolate souffle and butterscotch crepe to die for!

Reviewer6: Reminds me of London! Love the Chicken Parm Pasta house special!

Reviewer7: Chocolate souffle..yummy!

Reviewer star: Hi, I visited this place and loved the ambience and decor- however the food was a let down-- it really wasnt great at all! wish they would try harder- ll defo go back for drinks and skip on the food-

Reviewer 3: Loved the ambience but I've tried 3 different dishes on their menu, all extremely horrible.

Reviewer 9: Delicious food, good portion sizes, delicious home cooked bread. Salad ingredients very fresh. Shame no juices available. Will definitely go again.

7: Amazing food, the flavors were delightful. One of the best restaurants I have eaten at in Lagos!

Diner: Have been here twice and both times was let down with the food. Also went to the Rose Garden to buy some flowers and ended up picking the best looking bunch from the lot available, only to find most of them wilted and completely discoloured. What a disappointment. Definitely not going again - for anything!

LagosExpat: This place is a little slice of Heaven in VI. Terrific coffee and a very friendly staff! I have eaten there and had large catering orders. The manager is a dream to work with and everyone there is attentive and polite. Wonderful!

Foodcritic1: Love the ambiance, love the food and frappacinos, but the cappucinos are terrible. Regular coffee is good but the taste of their espresso and cappucinos are not good. They should get a different brand specifically for their espresso.

Foody: Love the cappuccinos, just bought some flowers, probably the freshest I have seen in Lagos and at such a good price! Everything we ordered tasted amazing. Definitely on my favorite list in Lagos.

SUNDAY: THE ONLY PLACE FOR SUNDAY BRUNCH. DOESN'T FEEL LIKE NIGERIA. GREAT OUTDOOR SEATING AS WELL...

Francis Adeosun: Recently went there for dinner with my wife and loved it. Very classy ambiance, Fabulous food, great wine and very nice people. Shall definitely go again. and again. :)

Posh: Love this place,, the decor is really nice and the food superb! Love it

Mrs O: Recently had the most amazing breakfast here, and as it was the bistros birthday we had free cocktails, soup and the most delicious cupcake. Staff so friendly and welcoming, one of the best places in lagos, so relaxed and beautiful garden. Only downside , it took the driver arround 30 minutes to find, definitely a "hidden treasure". Really felt like I was in some fancy bistro on the Mediterranean. Defiantly a must visit and not as expensive as other places

Ral: Hmmmmmm, (all smiles). Bistro 7 is a great, great place to hang out. excellent service, food was delicately prepared and served. Everything tasted so good. Had my brothers 50th birthday dinner here and not a single complaint. Went back a few times for coffee and I was pleasantly pleased. This is a must for anyone that likes the good things in life. Thumbs up
