Kakadu The Musical

“Kakadu the Musical” is an exciting, inspirational and moving experience that takes its name from the famous lagos night club of the sixties, which gave birth to an era of wonderful music and the distinctive social life that followed the birthing of a young nation. Set against the background of a newly independent Nigeria “brimming with hope, dreams and expectations”, characters like the Manager of Kakadu, Lugard da Rocha, fondly called “Lord Lugard” takes us on a spectacular musical expedition that delves deep into the human stories that connect and weave through Kakadu, the club and the dream it represents. With the unforgettable music of the sixties and seventies intricately woven into the dialogue, we travel through this journey guided by a rich and diverse choral arrangement.

Fashion Rhapsody

Designers Foundry (DF) presents Fashion Rhapsody, an invite-only, cocktail party and fashion presentation of the capsule collections of two exciting emerging designers, Agu and Orange Culture.

Romantic Classics

Solely inspired by memories, Tunde Sosan seeks to relive the Romantic sound of his Mentor and instructor Raymond Banning who had a flair for reflective expression and graceful charm when it comes to Piano performance. Featuring: Dapo Dina (Germany based pianist) Ige (Singer) Zoe Chinaka(singer/Choreographer).

IDAN GUIDE DESIGN EXHIBITION

The interior designers association of Nigeria (IDAN) is holding its first annual interior design exhibition, GUIDE 2013. The exhibition is scheduled to take place from 31st May – 1st June 2013 at the Federal Place Hotel (New Annex) with over 40 exhibitors  and designers showcasing their products and services. The exhibition will feature a design clinic where some of the country's most talented interior designers will be offering FREE design consultations to visitors. So bring along pictures of problem areas in your home or office, drawings and sketches of whatever projects you are working on and get useful advice and design tips!
